Thats the power of the model. Now lets go deep into each step of the model and how to integrate them into your business.

Step-1: Choose a Market 

Which industry has hungry buyers?

Any way what type of a niche market you should choose? Well, I could suggest to look for the below things before choosing your niche.

1. You should feel the niche interesting (most important)
2. There is good demand for products in that market (better if there is a great demand); hungry buyers.
3. There should be a possibility to sell the products online

List building is the process of collecting the details of people who are interested in products or services by you, in your chosen niche.

What next?

After gathering the details like name and email address, you promote related products to them through email. Wait a second. Isn’t it called SPAMMING? No. it is not.

Sending emails without the permission of the person(s) is called spamming. Sending emails to people who agreed to receive from you is permission based email marketing which is 100% legal.

Ok. Now how to build a list. In order to build a list you should have three things.

1. A FREE gift.
2. An auto responder.
3. A own website.

See the figure on the right. The process of list building works like this.

You Offer a free gift -> People who want your gift -> Go to your website -> Enter their name & email -> An autoresponder saves the details -> Redirects them to a a download page -> You give them the gift.

A FREE gift can be anything like a special report, an e-book or a software that is useful to people in your niche.

An autoresponder is a piece of software installed on a website that captures the name and email address of your site visitors. It manages all your communication with your subscribers. This is a communication channel between YOU and your subscribers. There are many autoresponder services out there but choose carefully. I use Aweber.com as it provides many features to make my work easier.

How to Make Money Without a Product?

Once you capture the subscriber info you can start promoting the related products. Earlier you searched for related products on clickbank.com and cj.com. Now go to these websites and become an affiliate. This is easy and free. An affiliate is one who promotes products. Many of the products offer atleast 50% and atmost 75% on a sale. That means if you sell a 100$ product you will get 75$ out of one sale.

For each product, click bank will give you a special URL called hop link which is special for you. All you have to do is put this link in the emails you send to your list promoting this product. When your subscribers click on this link and buy the product then you get 50% to 75% money.
